Job Title : Customer Service Representative German Market

Location : Porto, Portugal (On-Site)

Contract Start Date : 25 September 2025

Working Schedule :

Monday to Sunday, 06 : 00 21 : 00 (rotative shifts)

2 rotative days off per week

Salary & Benefits :

Base Salary : 1100 gross x 14 months

Performance Bonus : 200 gross x 12 months

Signing Bonus : 3000

Relocation Package :

From outside Portugal : Reimbursement of airfare (up to 400, Economy class) after 180 days

From inside Portugal : Reimbursement of travel costs (up to 150, Economy class) after 180 days

Temporary Accommodation :

28 days in a hotel (if relocating from abroad)

15 days in a hotel (if relocating within Portugal)

Responsibilities :

Provide excellent customer support for the German market through phone, email, and chat.

Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.

Maintain high service quality standards and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

Fluency in German (C1 level)

Good English communication skills

Availability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends

Previous customer service experience is a plus
