Your Responsibilities and Impact
As a French-speaking Customer Support Representative for IHG, you will :
Assist customers with issues during the booking process
Provide clear instructions and guide clients toward the right booking option
Offer support during travel, including solutions and refunds when necessary
Build and expand the client network while ensuring satisfaction
Generate and qualify new leads to strengthen business opportunities
Ensure excellent customer service across multiple areas of the travel journey
Skills, Qualifications and Interests
EU citizenship or valid residency card
Fluent in French and English
Passion for travel and enthusiasm for helping others
Strong communication and listening skills
Motivated, committed, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career experience

Contract & Working Conditions
Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually
Full-time position (40h / week) on rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (7 AM – 7 PM)
Salary Package (based on experience)
With free accommodation (shared flat, bills included) : 1,040€ gross / month
Without accommodation : 1,240€ gross / month
