French-Speaking Sales Associate – Lisbon

Your Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, web contact, and phone.

Manage orders and support post-sales activities.

Call and qualify new potential clients and leads.

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Engage in up-selling and cross-selling to increase revenue.

Maintain and enrich the customer database.

Create business opportunities and nurture client accounts.

Communicate effectively with your team to share updates and strategies.

Support ad-hoc tasks and contribute to team success.

Your Profile

Native level of French; good level of English is a strong plus.

Previous experience in sales is required.

Motivated, reliable, and committed to delivering results.

Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.

Team player, open to working in a multicultural environment.

EU citizenship or valid work permit / residency card required.

What’s in It for You

Contract : Long-term fixed-term contract, renewable annually.

Working Hours : 40h / week, rotating shifts Monday to Sunday (depending on the project).

Salary Options :

With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) : €1040 gross / month

Without accommodation : €1240 gross / month
