French-Speaking B2B Customer Support – Cloud Services – Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as a B2B Customer Service Agent will be :

Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat with queries related to orders, subscriptions, and invoices

Delivering high-quality service to ensure an excellent customer experience

Following up on customer queries until resolution within agreed deadlines

Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role :

Native French speaker with at least B2 level English

Previous experience in customer service is mandatory

Motivation, commitment, and willingness to work abroad

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle requests professionally and efficiently

What’s in it for you?

Contract type : 6-month contract

Working hours : Monday to Friday, 7 am–4 pm or 8 am–5 pm

Salary package :

€895 gross / month x 14 months

Up to €100 monthly performance bonus

Meal vouchers worth €7.23 per workday

Partial reimbursement of transportation costs

Relocation support for international candidates :

Reimbursement of up to €400 for initial flight after 4 months

4 months of accommodation in a shared flat provided by the company (rental fee to pay)
