Customer Advisor for Banking Sector – French Speaker – Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Advisor for Banking Sector will be :

Supporting bank customers via phone, chat and email with their questions about products and services

Handling complaints with professionalism and care

Collaborating with your colleagues to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role :

EU citizenship or valid work permit / residency card required

Native level of French and business proficiency in English

Motivation and commitment to your work

Strong communication and listening skills

Ability to work in an international and multicultural team environment

What’s in it for you?

Type of contract : Long-term fixed-term, renewable every year

Working hours : Full-time, 40 hours per week, rotating shifts depending on the project

Salary conditions :

With free accommodation in shared flat, all bills included : 1040€ gross / month

Without accommodation : 1240€ gross / month

Training : Fully paid training provided (from 1 to 4 weeks) at 50% of your hourly wages (lower taxes)

Relocation package for international candidates :

Reimbursement of your initial flight after 9 months

Airport pick-up upon arrival

Yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU)

Assistance with paperwork, opening a bank account, etc.
