Customer Service for Fashionistas – French Speaker - Lisbon

Your responsibilities and impact as Customer Service for Fashionistas will be :

Offering information, solutions, and advice to customers regarding the company’s services via phone, email, and chat

Ensuring a positive customer experience by handling each request with care and professionalism

Achieving the performance targets set by the project

Supporting the success of the department and contributing to its overall goals

Guaranteeing client satisfaction through high-quality service

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role :

Native level of French and fluent English – this is a must

A passion for fashion and a strong interest in trends

Excellent listening and communication skills

Professional attitude and customer service skills

Willingness to learn, develop, and acquire new skills

Dynamic, self-motivated, and open-minded personality

A strong work ethic and commitment to contributing to the company’s success

Team spirit and interest in working in an international and multicultural environment

EU Citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

What’s in it for you?

Working hours : Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM

Salary package : €830 gross / month x 14 months + up to €100 / month performance bonus + meal vouchers of €7.23 / workday + partial transport reimbursement + private health insurance and dental plan (after 6 months)

Relocation package (for candidates outside Portugal) :

Reimbursement of up to €400 for your initial flight after 6 months with the company

3 months of free accommodation provided by the company (shared flat)
