Customer Service for Luxury Fashion Brand – French Speaker

Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be :

Managing customer requests via phone and email

Providing detailed product information to clients

Offering professional usage consulting for luxury products

Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role :

EU Citizenship or valid work permit / residency card required

Native-level French with a good command of English (a plus)

Strong interest in fashion and luxury brands

Excellent communication and listening skills

Motivated, reliable, and committed to your work

Team player with an international mindset and openness to other cultures

Working hours : Full-time or part-time options with rotating shifts (depending on the project)

Salary options :

With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) : €1040 gross / month

Without accommodation : €1240 gross / month
