Sports Retail Customer Service Agent – French Speaker

Are you passionate about fashion and sportswear? A leading sports retail brand is looking for French-speaking customer service talent to join its Lisbon team. You will be responsible for assisting customers, solving their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction while representing a high-quality global brand.

Your responsibilities and impact as a Sports Retail Customer Service Agent will be :

Guiding and advising customers across different channels (phone, email, social media)

Providing accurate and professional answers to customer questions and concerns

Identifying new business opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling

Troubleshooting customer issues calmly and effectively to enhance their shopping experience

Collaborating with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex cases

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role :

Native level of French and at least B2 level of English

Understanding of the importance of customer experience

Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal skills

Energetic, innovative, and proactive in problem-solving

Enthusiasm for intercultural communication and expatriate life

Already living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career

Working hours : Full-time, 40h / week, rotating shifts Monday to Saturday, 7 am – 10 pm
